From Amici to La Famiglia
On February 1st, 2026, we are saying arrivederci to our "Amici di Papaiolo" program and opening the doors to something deeper: La Famiglia Papaiolo.
Why the change? Because "Amici" (friends) was a great start, but "Famiglia" (family) is forever. We wanted to build a loyalty program that doesn’t feel like a transaction, but like a thank you note written from the heart.
What’s on the Menu for You?
Don't worry, the things you loved about the old program aren’t going anywhere. In fact, we’re making the table bigger.
If you were already part of Amici di Papaiolo, your transition is seamless. All those stamps you’ve collected? They are safe and will move right over to the new system on February 1st.
Here is what you need to do: Keep a close eye on your inbox. We will send you an email to confirm the transition. Inside, you will find a link to download your brand new La Famiglia Papaiolo digital card directly to your phone's wallet. One click, and you are ready to go.
Here is how we are going to spoil our Famiglia:
Eat well, get rewarded: You still get 1 stamp for every meal.
The big reward: Collect 9 stamps, and enjoy a pizza or pasta completely on the house.
Lunch just got better: Enjoy a 20 CZK discount on lunch menu items.
